Conversion file backs allow you to turn any top tab folder into an end tab folder.  Simply apply the file back to a fastener in your existing folder and the extra length of the file back will form an end tab that is perfect for open shelf filing applications.  Our conversion file backs are made from durable 14pt manila and are able to withstand heavy usage and can be color coded to expedite your filing process.
