Shipping

  • Most orders ship via UPS Standard Ground. Some orders will ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Mail Innovations, USPS, or common carrier for large orders at The Supplies Shops’ discretion.
  • The qualifications for free shipping over $99 are as follows:
    • The order total must be over $99 before any coupons are applied, excluding and additional taxes or fees. (For example, orders that are $97 and have $6.97 in tax, for a grand total of $103.79 DO NOT QUALIFY for free ground shipping.)
    • The ship to destination must be within the lower 48 states. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii.
    • Orders must ship to the same address. Any split shipments will be made solely at the discretion of The Supplies Shops.
    • Free shipping only applies to UPS Standard Ground shipping options. Expedited shipping options must still be paid by the customer.
  • Standard orders usually ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom products usually ship within 5-15 business days depending on production schedules and availability.
  • Neither production nor shipping times will be considered in effect until after all proofs for custom products have been approved.
  • Shipping times are estimated arrival times based on standard order delivery, not guaranteed order arrival dates.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please note: There are no returns for custom quoted and produced items, except for where there are standard manufacturing errors.
    • If there are extenuating circumstances, and customer service has deemed it possible to cancel a custom print job, the customer will be responsible for all plate charges incurred up until that point of production, as well as a fee equal to 25% of the order total in order to cancel the job.
  • If you are not satisfied with any stock products you have ordered, you may return the item(s) up to thirty (30) days after receipt.
    • Returns for an exchange / replacement
      • Contact The Supplies Shops via email at info@suppliesshops.com
      • List the current order number, the item number(s) of the product(s) you would like to return, and the item number(s) of the product(s) you would like to order as an exchange / replacement.
      • Customers are responsible to return the products(s) via UPS Ground to the provided address and provide The Supplies Shops with a tracking number to receive a refund on those items.
    • Returns without an exchange / replacement
      • Contact The Supplies Shops via email at info@suppliesshops.com
      • List the current order number, the item number(s) of the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for return.
      • Customers are responsible to return the products(s) via UPS Ground to the provided address and provide The Supplies Shops with a tracking number to receive a refund on those items.
      • Customers are responsible for all freight charges for processing and handling of orders made in error.
