These canary laboratory report sheets, measuring 8-1/2" x 11", are specifically designed for the collection and organization of patient data. Our BF-C-5 laboratory mount sheets are tailored to hold up to five reports. They feature a 5-hole punch at the top, following the standard hospital punch pattern, enabling convenient attachment of the forms inside the patient's medical chart. These mount sheets find their ideal application in medical facilities such as hospitals, clinics, urgent care centers, and rehabilitation centers. They efficiently collect a wide range of data, including telemetry results, EKG and heart rhythm data, urinalysis, therapy records, prescription information, and more.
The lab mount sheets are printed with black ink and come conveniently packaged in boxes of 500, with 250 sheets in each inner box, ensuring an ample supply for organizational needs.
