Description:
White Fanfolded with Perf Direct Print Thermal Labels, are 6.2 mil thick with a weight of 112 pounds per ream of 25" x 38" sheets. The face paper of these labels is a direct thermal non top-coated, non smudge-proof, chimi-thermal paper with standard sensitivity. These labels are designed for VIP labeling in dry environments such as POS price marking and other retail uses. When using these labels, contact with plasticizers (PVC) and fat should be avoided. The opacity of the face stock is 92% with a 90% brightness rating. The imaging color to display on the label is black and the scanability is visible red light. The adhesive used on these labels is a modified acrylic dispersion permanent adhesive. This is a very good adhesive for a wide variety of substrates. The minimum labeling temperature for this type of adhesive is 32deg Fahrenheit, with a service temperature range from -4degF to 176degF. A 40# (2.5 mil) white kraft liner completes this label. The label liner is ideal for roll stock applications and photocell dispensing. The shelf life of these labels when stored at 70degF and 50% relative humidity (RH) is one year.
