Patient Valuables Envelopes include both cross-web gluing and transfer tape, providing both the patient and the hospital with a record of the valuables received as well as the vessel in which the valuables are stored. Paper patient valuables envelopes are available as both stock and custom forms. A plastic patient valuables envelope is available as a stock item only.
