These pocket folders have a unique 12 1/4 inch wide pocket on the back inside panel which opens at the bottom, forming a large pocket on the inside to store full sized documents like X-rays and prints. The pocket opening facing the spine prevents documents from falling out and getting lost.  Fasteners allow for additional documents to be stored in these folders.  Their full end tabs allow you to effectively apply color-coded labels, making for easy navigation of your filing system.  Great for medical or dental office filing applications.
