Paint with High Temperature Masking Discs

Premium grade crepe paper masking discs are coated with a rubber adhesive that has ultra-high temperature resistance, allowing them to handle temperatures from -32°F to 340°F. High temperature masking discs leave no residue and are non-staining. Typical applications for these high temperature masking dots include powder coating, automotive and transformer manufacturing, and masking of circuit boards during wave soldering or other electronic manufacturing processes. Due to these uses, high temperature masking discs can also be referred to as painting discs or painting dots, or wave soldering discs.

Produced on rolls with a slit back paper liner for easy removal, high temperature masking discs are made of a thick, 7.5 mil pressure sensitive masking tape. When circular protection is required for a job, these masking dots can get the project done right. They are available in 46 different sizes, ranging from 1/8” all the way up to 7” in diameter. Each size can be purchased by the individual roll, and orders over $99 receive free ground shipping!

If you can’t find a stock size of circular masking tape that you need, we can custom manufacture tape for you. We can create the exact product you need, based on your specifications for tape material, adhesive material, backing material, size – both length and width, and even custom printing if need be.
