Not sure where to start?

This video will show you how to choose between different types of collated carbonless laser paper for your organizational needs.

How To Choose The Best Collated Paper For Your Business

Today I’m going to show the difference between our pre-collated color copy paper and our pre-collated carbonless paper, both for copiers or desktop laser and inkjet printers. Both carbonless and plain collated paper are the same weight as generic copy paper.

Our collated color copy paper is just that, paper that comes with alternating colored sheets of white, canary for 2 part and white, canary and pink for 3 part. Collated paper is used to keep your business organized. In instances where printed forms need to be filed in multiple locations, it is a good idea to use color collated paper to keep your filing system orderly and consistent.

Carbonless collated paper offers the same color sequences, but the paper has a coating, so when the top sheet is written on with a pen, the writing is transferred through to the additional parts. For this reason, we also offer our carbonless collated paper in all-white 2-part and 3-part sets. If you are printing items such as receipts, delivery notices, invoices, or other forms that need to be filled in or signed, using pre-collated carbonless copy paper is your best bet.

Both types are printed like standard copy paper. Print out two copies for 2-part forms and 3 copies for 3-part forms. Once the printing is complete, the paper will be collated on the printer, ready to use. Note the sheets will be loose, not bound together.
