Widely used in high temperature applications, our 1 mil polyester film tape is coated with a pre-cured silicone adhesive. This flexible polyester film provides an excellent moisture and chemical barrier, as well as being abrasion and puncture resistant. The silicone adhesive bonds quickly to silicone surfaces, labels, film, and specialty papers. The adhesive is cured to provide maximum resistance to chemicals and fumes and leaves no residue during masking or holding applications. Our polyester film with silicone adhesive can be used for masking electronic parts and circuit boards during plating or stripping of gold finger contact, and for splicing silicone papers and films.
