Increase Efficiency with Pre-Collated Copy Paper

Do you work in an office environment where multiple copies are needed for various filings or customer receipts? Don’t settle for using white copy paper only. Make your different copies easier to distinguish by using pre-collated white, canary, pink copy paper.

Designed for use in laser, inkjet, or digital printers and copiers, this 20# bond paper is collated in the package so you simply have to insert into the printing tray, and start printing your collated copies. Commonly used by hospitals, data processing centers, insurance companies, schools, and in general business applications, these versatile pre-collated sets of white/canary/pink paper can be used for multi-part invoices, delivery receipts, statements, and packing lists, among other things. By using collated paper, you can convert any copier or printer into an efficient business machine where color coded work orders or invoices for customer and company can be created in one fell swoop.

Collated white, canary, pink paper comes in sets of 334 per carton, 835 per carton, or 1670 sets per carton. You can also purchase different pre-collated copy paper configurations, with only two parts if you don’t need three. Additionally, we offer collated carbonless (NCR) paper, so when you create a receipt, anything written on it will transfer through from the top copy to the bottom copy.

If we don’t have the stock configuration of the collated forms you need, you can always contact us for a custom quote. We can change the order of the collated colors, or may be able to insert new colors that are not normally stocked. We can even produce a custom printed series of collated forms for you. Contact us or call 855-473-9921 for more information regarding custom business forms.
